How long will it take to receive my rug?

It takes us about 7-14 working days to create one rug, it all depends on the complexity and size of the rug. Your order will get added to the order list once you have paid the deposit. We will let you know when we have started, finished, and ready to be shipped. In general, the wait time from when your order is accepted is between 1-4 weeks.
Can you make real life photos into a rug?

Portrait rugs (headshots) are possible, however, the picture must be high quality. Moreover, pictures such as family photos or photos of a real life scenery CANNOT be created with yarn.
What is the biggest size rug that can be created?

Currently, the biggest rug we can create is 6ft x 4.5ft ($864+).
How much is shipping?

Shipping also depends on the rugs size and weight. The shipping typically fall between $10 - $18.
How do I care for my rug?

Keep in low traffic areas for longer rug life. Vacuum your rug regularly, at least once every two weeks. If liquid is spilled, immediately dap the rug damp cloth. Do Not smear! Do Not soak in water! Do Not Bleach
